Brian Exner is the Assistant Director of Banquets at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. He joined the food and beverage team in November of 2003. Since then he has gained years of experience in several of the hotels signature restaurants. Brian has supervised both casual and fine dining outlets throughout his tenure at the hotel. He joined the Banquet team in September of 2017 where he oversees more than 400 cast members in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests on a daily basis. Brian has a passion for food and beverage, all while understanding the meaning behind outstanding customer service. He is a Certified Sommelier who is always eager to gain more knowledge in the world of wine. Prior to joining the team, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. He enjoys a fast paced, creative environment and is proud to part of an innovative food and beverage team.
