Ed DiAntonio, CMP, CPCE, is passionate about food and beverage. He has over 30 years of catering experience at some of the top catering hotels in the country. Ed leads a team of 9 managers. Together, they have earned the resort many coveted awards. Ed’s goal is for guests to experience something entirely new and enjoy incredibly delicious cuisine and cocktails at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolpin.
Ed currently serves as the Orlando Chapter President of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and will be a speaker at the 2008 National Conference on a panel titled “The Creation of an Event”. In 2007, Ed spoke at NACE’s National Convention and participated on a Master Caterer’s Panel. He also served as the moderator for the convention’s design seminar, along with party planner/designer Scott Corridan, and was chosen as NACE Orlando’s “Caterer of the Year” 2005, 2006, and 2008. Ed was also a speaker at Catersource Magazine’s 2008 Conference, participating in a presentation done on Molecular Gastronomy.
