||Erica Yerton joined the WDW Swan and Dolphin Food & Beverage team in 2006 while attending the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Since graduating with a BS in Hospitality Event Management in 2008 she has held multiple positions within the hotel including Private Event Coordinator for Il Mulino NY Trattoria and most recently the role of Meeting & Event Manager, organizing both meetings and catering for groups.
Erica’s passion is food and beverage. She has a strong belief in continuing education by traveling for food and exploring her own city for new spots and revisiting old favorites. In 2012, she became a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She applies her knowledge and passion for wine not only at the Swan and Dolphin but also in her travels. Erica is proud to be part of the talented team of food and beverage professionals at the Swan and Dolphin and is inspired by the exceptional events that are executed daily.
