||Michael graduated in 1983 with a BS Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College in Lake Placid, NY. Ready to pursue his career, he ventured to Walt Disney World as part of the Magic Kingdom College Program.
Following his success at Disney, Michael joined the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin team, where he held various leadership roles within the Food & Beverage division, including General Manager of Palio and Banquet Captain. In 2000, he assumed the role of Catering Sales Manager with great success. Michael’s 18+ years of dedication and experience at the resort are evident in his every interaction with clients and guests.
On a personal note, Michael’s passion is travel. His zeal for experiencing different cultures and their surroundings has provided him great insight on creative menu ideas. Michael’s travels include Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Brussels, Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Greece, Hawaii, Australia, Finland and more.
