Paolo Carcamo - Banquet Manager

Paolo Carcamo joined the WDW Swan and Dolphin Team in the summer of 2013 as a Food & Beverage Intern while attending Florida State University. During his time that summer he was placed on a planning committee for our annual Food and Wine Classic street festival which opened his eyes to the possibilities of entertaining with food & beverage. Since graduating with a BS in Hospitality Management later that year, Paolo has held multiple positions within the hotel including Assistant Manager of Garden Grove and Restaurant Manager of Il Mulino NY Trattoria and Todd English’s Bluezoo.

Paolo has a passion for music and, although he has an overall appreciation for the art, he has a particularly affinity for jazz music. After stepping away from a long tenure with his studies in Jazz Performance playing the tenor saxophone, he exercises his passion for entertaining by energizing his team on a daily basis. Paolo is a proud member of our world renowned group of Food & Beverage professionals and looks forward to the endless possibilities that he and his team can offer.
