Todd Scott - Catering Sales Manager

Todd Scott is a Catering Sales Manager at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. He brings to his position 15 years of resort restaurant and banquet operations experience. Todd is an active member of the Orlando Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives). He has successfully obtained his CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) certification as well as his Sommelier Certification from The Master Court of Sommelier. Todd holds the highest standards of service and creativity to his role here at the resort. He is excited with the continued opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with culinary selections and mixology from around the world. He expresses his passion for catering in the following words … “It’s a continued evolution of exciting ideas, combinations, trends and presentation. That is the beauty of catering.”
